Refund policy
At Faith In Love, each sweater is made specially for you through our print-on-demand process. Because every item is produced based on incoming orders, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Refunds & Exchanges
We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, including:
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect item color
- Incorrect size sent
- Damaged garments (such as holes or defects)
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and clear photos of the issue. All requests will be reviewed, and we will determine whether a refund, replacement, or exchange will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Because all products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for issues outside of our control, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong style
- Ordering the wrong color
- Change of mind after purchase
We print the exact quantity ordered and do not keep extra inventory available for exchanges.
